Burnet Carriage House
Project Overview
The Burnet Carriage House, adjacent to a historical mansion on Cincinnati's Burnet Avenue in Over-The-Rhine, was recently converted into offices. The two-story building earned LEED Silver Certification, a requirement for tax abatement eligibility. Originally built in 1895, the Carriage House renovation achieved over 40% energy reduction compared to baseline and offset 70% of it through renewable energy credits. During the renovation, over 90% of construction waste was diverted from the landfill. The project also earned points for having access to public transportation.Owner:
