Project Overview

Vocon supported its client, PwC, in the build-out of core space on the 8th floor of 545 Wyn, a LEED Silver Certified building. The project included 34,000 square feet to serve as a new space for employees and clients. The space reflects the vibe of Miami, inclusive of curved walls and space definitions, bright and colorful finishes, and has access to the outdoors with continuous views and accessible balconies. The team even included a custom mural from a local artist! The space includes shared office areas, open offices, private offices, and support spaces including a kitchen area, wellness room, and mothers room – among other design features. The team implemented a lot of technology features such as reserving hoteling workspaces and impressive presentation rooms.
