Project Overview

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base requires documentation of sustainable performance during design and construction for its projects. Emerald was engaged to manage the planning and performance tracking of an airfield paving project, which included the demolition and replacement of an existing portion of the airfield, and its associated lighting. The LEED BD+C provided the framework for measuring sustainable performance in the areas of light pollution reduction, sustainably sourced materials and construction waste management.
